Efficiency would be waiting around to see how well it goes for other people then jumping on board at the last second.

I'm thinking of it as wine. Either it's going to be entertainingly nostalgic to open it up in a couple decades or it's going to be a couple of bricks...

In the summer of 2011, before SotM was launched at GenCon, GtG has an online ... event? ... where they revelaled each hero in turn. I remember thinking that it was sort of ridiculous. Nobody knew anything about this game, why would we care what was being revealed? Imagine it, though, the original reveal of Wraith, Fanatic, Tempest, etc:
I think mine was Mr. Fixer as well! Andy taught me at the first PAX Australia. He told me that I should target one of the T. Rex's over another (because then the target with the second-highest health would be the other T-Rex) and I politely refused, explaining that I'd rather get it wrong and learn from my mistake.
Then a T. Rex hit me for a bunch of damage and I was like "Okay. Lesson learned!"

Heh, awesome!
I always struggle with how much strategic advice to give new players. I try to stay back, but it's hard sometimes! I do tell players that pick up Wraith that Impromptu Invention is an awesome card.
Don't worry Ronway I still like you and will play with you.
In other news my computer at home no longer works and I can't play with you. (Especially not on Monday nights (or indeed play Sentinels Digital at all))

Well, the main reason was Tactics, I was begging and writing letters to Christopher, anything to get in on playtesting Tactics.

So I was searching through all my Sentinels stuff yesterday (for some reason), and I came across this in the box.
While I had played it before this was my first physical copy of the game. You can see I liked it so much I picked up the expansion at the same time!

Those are awesome, and some of the stuff in there I don't remember reading elsewhere.
Haka was eaten by dogs? His immortality is definitely interesting.
I saw the post on the reciept for sentinels, and that made me kind of curious. What was everybody here's first hero? Mine was Mr. Fixer
