Well, gosh, where's mine?! I'm in the Bay, too, and am empty-handed still. Initials AH, so relatively similar. Did you KickStart the painted minis for Sentinels Tactics? I did, and I'd imagine that would cause a bit of a hold up from others. I will try my best to be patient...
I just signed up for a Fedex account from memory, it was quite some time ago (maybe for vengence). First make sure your using your local Fedex site. The US site may have a fit if you try giving it none US addresses. If that doesnt work, try calling their customer service. Its amazing what you can do if you talk to the people who have taken levels in Fedex Wizard.
EDIT: For the AU site, I made an account and made sure my contact information was the same as the delivery address I used for WCos. Although I vaguely remember discussing the alerts with fedex support I think that was for my previous address.
