Not sure... I might offer to do one, but I'm already running one for Spirit Island so don't know yet if I want to commit to running another one. In any case, if the package weight ends up being more than 2Kg (and it probably will) then I wouldn't be able to invite people from outside the UK as the shipping would be incredibly expensive.
My advice is to post up on BGG, I can tell you from the promo groupbuy that just finished up that there are plenty of Sentinels fans in Germany and Holland so I'm sure somebody will be willing to host! (or you could offer to run one yourself of course)

In the general forums of the base game would be the best bet, you'll catch the most attention there! I don't think it's likely that anyone will step up to do one until the KS goes live though as we don't know what the full deal will be until then.
