Power: Reveal the top Card of 1 Hero Deck. Play a card revealed this way. Discard any other revealed cards. If a one-shot is played this way, flip 1 arcane control token.

Does this only apply if you have Applied Numerology in play which allows you to reveal 2 hero decks?

I asked a similar question recently. The wording on that card is to account for Applied Numerology.
