How does Uh Yeah I'm That Guy interact with ongoings that mandatorily direct "all" damage to a given hero? For example, Alchemical Redirection says to direct all damage to hero targets to Scholar. If Guise plays Uh Yeah I'm That Guy on Scholar when he has Alchemical Redirection out, then you have one card that says 'direct all damage to Scholar,' and (in effect) another that says 'direct all damage to Guise.' Which takes precedence?

It would work like Thorathian Monolith and Alchemical Redirection in that you chose the first target to redirect damage to and then the remaining one redirects to the other. So for example if a third hero is taking damage you would chose Scholar or Sky-Scraper to redirect the damage to. I'll chose Scholar first and then the damage will be ultimately redirected to Sky-Scraper.
