(For the record, Autumn only destroys Ongoings, not Equipment.  O-X, you should have a Gaussian Coil-Blaster in play still, which could deal another damage to Anubis!)

Dawn is dealing energy damage. I also have Omni's health as 20; Anubis hit everyone.

Oh, and with the Flechetting, Anubis hits Argent or Expat (the one not hit the first time).

Okay? Hmm... Expat and Bunker got hit twice by Dawn and then got healed for 1, everyone got hit for 2, then Omni got hit for 3. SO healths before Anubis should be:

Omnitron-X: 20

Argent: 22

Bunker: 21

Expat: 22

 

So Argent and Expat were equal, and joint second-highest after Dawn, so Anubis should hit them both for 2 damage.
