Caspit's Playground -- including trash and in deck?

I think I know the answer to this question, but Caspit's Playground in Freedom Tower says all hero ongoing cards also have the Equipment keyword. Does that only apply to the ones in play, or does it include the trash, hand and deck as well?

If it applies to all of them, that provides a massive boost to cards like Salvage Yard, Impromptu Invention or Arsenal Access.

I forget where the discussion occurred but for a similar item, Imbued Vitality, it is for everything in play, hand, deck, and trash.

Yeah, Powerhound's right. All I could find was an unofficial comment from phantaskippy, but so long as the card has text, it has the types listed.

Powerhound neglects to mention in your deck too.

Your initial assumption is correct MWC146.

You are correct.  I have edited it to reflect that.
