Depends on the turnout I get. I'll probably be running full games. I've got a four hour(ish) block, and space for up to ten people (two games). Most of the specifics will be in the turn out at the table on the day itself (which I don't know yet, the only reason I know I'm in the book is because my uncle is on Con Staff, and he emailed me when they got my proposal to tell me).
Sounds much like what I did at IndyCon, though I didn't run two tables -- just one game at a time.
