You are Nightmist and are opening a gate to other realities. Your goal is to bring forth the most powerful heroes to defend the earth.
Rules:
Pick 2 Heroes. Make a new deck of 40 cards with cards from both Hero decks. Create a new Character card with Name, HP and Power for that Hero. Whenever a card refers to one of the 2 Heroes instead it's treated as the New Hero name. You can choose one of the 'shown' combined Heroes (or select any combination), but you can't combine one Hero and one Villain. Balance is optional. The deck needs to have 40 cards. When including a card you should include all copies of that card in the deck and can only break that rule once to get exactly 40 cards in deck. Hero bio is optional.
The 'shown' combined-heroes here are:
SkyScrapper+Tempest
Parse+Captain Cosmic
Lucky Strike: Setback+Legacy
Cold War: Bunker+Absolute Zero
The hero+Villain, not selectable:
Fanatic+Apostate
Chrono Ranger+¿La Capitan?
Akash Bhuta+¿Argent/Naturalist?
I'll start with one
Revenge
Time travel creates ripples in reality, like a pebble thrown in a quiet pond. From these ripples, 'pocket' realities are created and destroy. From one of these, Revenge emerged before it collapsed on itself. His goal: to protect his new home and hunt down every super powered being that threatens it.
Chrono Ranger+Expatriette
HP: 27
Time warp
Power: Reveal the bottom card of your deck. If it's a Chrono Ranger card, put it into play, otherwise discard it.

After the loss of his wife and infant child many years earlier Daniel had gone deep into mourning. However, Helena's hopeful charm and youthful exuberance soon revitalized the man. One night Daniel heard his daughter awaken, he ran to her room expecting a nightmare only to find tears of joy streaming down her face. The girl claimed she had seen heaven & that god had a purpose for her. "Maybe you can help this city then Helena, Like a Gargoyle standing watch in the darkness." Thus was a hero born. When Helena's wings began to grow in she wanted to begin fighting crime immediately. First however Daniel insisted on using the family's wealth to outfit his daughter with the best training, education and gear money could buy. Now fully ready, Gargoyle's Angelic form, Focused mind, and Strong faith give her a real opportunity to help Rook City. and a massive arsenal of high tech gadgets doesn't hurt either.

When Kim Powell was dragged through the Realm of Discord by a failed Revocorp experiment, she studied and drew the powers of the chaotic land to herself, twisting and warping her nature until she was barely real. Now, the constantly-shifting Ephemeral tries to safeguard the world, while holding onto her form enough to save herself...
Power: Instability. Draw a card or play a card. Discard a card or Ephemeral deals herself 1 Infernal damage.

Playstyle Notes: This takes Guise's propensity for short-duration Ongoings, and Parse's tendency towards draw/discard, and merges them into a constantly-shifting board and game. It's low on direct damage, but with a lot of destruction and ways to buff your allies or cause trouble. The power also merges the two play styles; it uses Guise's draw/discard, and then applies a penalty that can be turned into an advantage in one of two ways.
