The topic says it all, does any hero's card, variant, or deck have a power/card that let's them search another hero's deck for a card, pick one, and either put it in that hero's hand or into play?

The closest I can think of is Micro Assembler from Sky-Scraper. Even that requires the hero to use up their power and discard a card to get an equipment card into play.

Micro-Assembler is the only one I can think of also. There are a number of options for manipulating other hero decks (Astral Premonition, Updated Intel, Dark Visionary,) but nothing that lets you search outside of Skyscraper.
There are some that let you pull things from other heros' trash, usually into their hand or on top of their deck. Examples: Mister Fixer's Salvage Yard and Argent Adept's Vernal Sonata.
