What would happen if Guise played Let Me See That to grab the Jackhandle from Mr. Fixer and then played I Can Do That Too to use Xtreme Fanatics base power?

I would say who ever the first target that is hit would get all the damage redirected to them, including the rest of the damage that is going to be dealt by using the base power with Jack Handle.
That's my interpretation, as well. Once a target is dealt damage, the effect kicks in.

Also fun is getting Friendly Fire involved with Kill the Spirit. With Fanatic, Setback and Completionist Guise we had 2 heroes with Kill the Spirit using Blatant Reference and Divine Focus with Friendly Fire giving support.
I lend towards this intpretation as well if only because it might be a bit broken the way i was imagining. But Guise already break things so it might have worked differently.
