Wrest the Mind & Friendly Fire Questions

Visionary, Haka, The Argent Adept and Setback vs. Kismet in The Block

Visionary puts Wrest the Mind on Char.  When Char attacks, he hits all non-inmate targets for 2 fire and 2 toxic damage.  Does Visionary redirect 2 fire and 2 toxic (4 total damage) to a target of choice by dealing herself Char and herself 3 psychic damage each (one instance of damage)?

OR does Visionary and Char take 3 psychic damage twice for the 2 fire and then the 2 toxic (separate)?

OR is there 2 toxic and 2 fire per non-inmate target to be redirected individually for 3 damage apiece (either as a set of 4 damage at once or 2 and 2 separately)?

In addition, if the third option is correct, is it only redirected instances of damage until Char is dead (since things aren't technically simultaneous) or how would that work?

ALSO since Friendly Fire is in play, does each instance of redirected damage allow Visionary to do two damage to Setback plus 2 for each time she does 3 psychic to Char?

It would be 3B. Char will attempt to perform 2 separate attacks (instances of damage) on each non-inmate target. There will be (non-inmates * 2) total attacks or instances of damage. Each of these attacks can be redirected by Visionary. Each time Visionary redirects the damage, Char will take 3 damage, and the Visionary will take 3 damage. If Char is destroyed before completing all attacks, all additional attacks will be cancelled out. (Side note: If Char dies from Visionary dealing him 3 damage, she will not take 3 damage, since will be destroyed before she can take the damage.)

With Friendly Fire, Setback can only take the damage and tokens when Visionary deals the 3 psychic damage to Char. Redirected attacks to not change the source of damage, which means that each redirected attack is still being perfomed by Char and not Visionary, so Firendly Fire wouldn't activate.
