Wager master has a Condition card which causes all the players to shuffle one of their cards into his deck. I can't remember the name of the card at the moment. My question is: What happens if that Condition is flipped face down and one of the hero cards is on top of Wager Master's deck when it comes time for him to play a card? I the hero's card played? If so, where?

I figure it gets played as normal, to the owner's play area (i.e. the hero who's card it is).

Wager Master does not have a Condition that does this, it has an Indestructible Ongoing that does this. The card can never be flipped face down so the situation you describe can never happen and the text on the Ongoing will always trigger when a hero card is on top of Wager Master's deck.

Looks like we were a little to fast in flipping the cards. I swore I saw Ongoing, Condition on the card.
