Had an interesting scenario come up. Bunker, Fanatic, and Haka vs PLague Rat in the Tomb of Anubis. Fanatic was down, and Bunker and Haka had out Heavy Plating and Ta Moko. Then came out the Swinging Blades:
At the end of the Environment turn, deal each Target 3 Melee Damage.
At the start of the Environment turn, a Hero Target may take (H) minus 2 Melee Damage. If they take Damage this way, destroy this card.
Hmmmm......no environment destruction on Bunker and Haka, and since it was a 3 hero game, and they both had damage reduction, they couldn't take damage to get rid of the card.
Given, it was my fault playing those cards with the possibility of this situation occuring, but I did find it (not-so-) funny that the Freedom Five's strategist and the wisest hero couldn't get past the Swinging Blades.
"So, how do we get past these blades?"
"Don't know. Maybe if you take off that plating of yours."
"I could, but you could also take off those tatoos."
"I could..."
*Death stares*
"So, how do we get past these blades?"
Civilized men are more discourteous than savages because they know they can be impolite without having their skulls split, as a general thing.

That's great. I always imagined in those situations that they had gotten past the "trap" and didn't even realize that it was suppose to hurt them till the villian said something.

These sorts of unexpected (and hilarious!) card interactions are why I really love this game.
