Just curious - what aspects are out there now? Is it correct that it should only be 3 for lightning, 4 for shadows, 2 for river and 2 for earth for a total of 11 aspects?

Yes, that is correct. 5 of them are in Spirit Island: Promo Pack 2, the other 6 are in Spirit Island: Jagged Earth.
