How Long Does it Generally Take for >G to Respond to Messages?

I'm having an issue with the WotC preorder (it was delivered to my old address in California, but I currently live in Minnesota) and sent >G a message yeseterday through the website here regarding my problem; does anybody know how long it generally takes to get a response?  I ask because the old address where the item was delivered does not have a secure entry (will be sitting on the doorstep) and FedEx has told me they can't pick the item up until they receive permission from the shipper :(  Any help would be appreciated.

His is more powerful. It summons an admin, not a moderator.

I have that spell, I just don't use it often. It's hard work finding the necessary sacrifices for an admin, and usually a moderator's adequate for the task.

Hi!

Based on evidence it takes half an hour after you post in the forums :)

I cast BANISH CRAIG!

Back to your spinning chair in the >G office.

If you send him an email, you get a response within minutes. Even if it is Sunday.

Consider it a lesson learned... I'll be sure to use direct email in the future.  Thanks for the help everyone, looks like Craig is on the case :)

Oh THAT'S how you get rid of him.

It's not really that easy. Until our office renovations are done, I just have a folding chair.

Have you tried to spin it?

FYI: For this sort of thing you'd want to send email to , I think.
