It's a one-shot, a custom job made from a few other figures. I made some posters for a friend of mine, he knew a guy that does this as a hobby, had him make Legacy as a surprise.

I can see Christopher as Citizen Anvil, but, unless my memory mistakes me, I can't really see Adam as Citizen Anvil.....
