Freedom Four Wraith?

Okay, so, y’all remember the roster of the old freedom four team, right? Greatest Legacy, Absolute Zero (original), The Shrieker, and... The Wraith?

this confuses me. This was a war era team, right? There’s no way that the wraith, Maia Montgomery, could possibly be a member of this team. Then how. Who is this Wraith?

His name is Sephiroth but his friends call him Sephie.

This team would have been post WWII as Grandpa Legacy took part in that war and the Legacy on the original Freedom Four team is America’s Finest Legacy.   It’s also been brought up in other episodes by Christopher and Adam how Wraith hasn’t aged much more than a few years but Legacy clearly has aged.

What Powerhound said. The "Death of Legacy" story where Paul VII died was in Justice Comics #101 in September of '48 with Paul VIII taking over the Leagcy role the following month in issue #102. The Wraith's first appearance in Mystery Comics #27 coincided with that latter issue of JC (along with Haka's first appearance in Arcane Tales #14). The first issue of the Freedom Four book wasn't until May of 1950 (with the "team-up" aspect coming in in April '52 with FF #24).
