Got questions about a few cards, some from other people I play with.
My own question
Smoke Bombs: "Whenever a villain card would damage the hero target with the lowest hp, redirect that damage to the hero target with the highest hp. Reduce damage redirected this way by 1."
Does this card activate whenever the hero with lowest hp gets dealt damage or only if the card specifically targets the hero with the lowest hp? Ex: A card deals damage to each hero, since you can choose the order of how damage is dealt will that activate smoke bombs when it hits the hero with lowest hp? If it does then it makes choosing the order of damage very important but also confusing and could, if the hp was just right, redirect each it.
Questions from other players
Gene-Bound Banshee: At the end of the villain turn, this card deals the hero with the most ongoing cards 3 sonic damage.
If nobody has any ongoing cards does this card still deal damage or do we just decide who takes the damage?
Citizen Summer: At the end of the villain turn, this card deals the two heroes with the most cards in play 3 fire damage each.
Similar to previous card, does this deal damage if no heroes have any cards in play or do we just choose 2 to take the damage?

Smoke Bombs: It activates any time the hero with the lowest HP takes damage from a villain card, regardless of what the triggering card actually reads.
Banshee and Summer: In both cases, it's considered a tie between all heroes, so you pick the hero(es) to receive the damage.
