I an email from FedEx with tracking information for a package from GtG.
I haven't ordered anything from them since 2015, aside from Kickstarter stuff.
It might be Oblivaeon stuff, but there hasn't been any sort of update indicating that anything is being shipped out. Has anyone else seen a shipping tab like this?

Yes, that's almost surely Fate of the Elder Gods. If you believe the dimensions, it's just about right for that game, but too small for Spirit Island. Could also be Exoplanets. But the timing really suggests FoEG
