I would say from Cosmitron Tachyon and Writhe are the first targets. The third target would be between Dr Medico and Setback. Which out of those I would prefer Medico take the damage. Cosmitron would have 3 damage redirected to him and then Writhe would be the target for the Automaton drone which would deal him 5 net damage.

Powerhound, your analysis sounds good to me. I don't think it makes sense for Setback to take any of the damage (at the cost of Unlucky tokens).
Will we be able to clear the board this turn? Tachyon's two Lightspeed Barrages for 14 each should help a lot there: One for the EPE, the other for Cosmitron.

I can either take Cosmitron down to below 10, or clear the drones and put both Cosmi and EPE in Lightspeed range
Bear in mind that Cosmi does not need to have all devices destroyed like regular Omnitron, you just need to stop its core programming.
