Power: Taiaha - deal 2 melee damage to Mountainous Carapace [7] and Living Rockslide [dead - goes under Savage Mana]; Akash'Bhuta deals herself 8 energy damage [190]
Start: Alchemical Redirection is destroyed. I do not discard for Flesh to Iron, so it's destroyed too.
Play: Keep Moving: I search my deck for Mortal Form to Energy put it into play, then shuffle my deck. I then play another Keep Moving, for Solid to Liquid, and then shuffle my deck. I then play Transmutive Recovery: I regain net 3 hp [27] and deal Akash-Bhuta net 2 energy damage [175] and draw Know When to Cut Loose and Transmutive Recovery
Power: Better Living--I regain net 2 hp [29] and deal Akash-Bhuta net 1 energy damage [174].
While in principle it might have been better to kill the Carapace first, it takes less editing of history to leave it the way it was, with the Barrage on the Rockslide. Assuming we do that, presumably Scholar will want to hit the Carapace rather than Akash'Bhuta herself.
Trash: Abominable Snowman x2, Rat Beast, Amphibious Chupacabra, Horrid Skunk Ape, Ancient Library
-------------------------
Start of Turn: Gonna assume you destroy the Bunker, since it probably means a villain play otherwise, and said play would Disrupt The Field and destroy the Bunker anyway.
Play a Card: New Jersey Devil enters play, plays Disrupt The Field; New Jersey Devil is destroyed.
Allies of the Earth enters play.
Rat Beast enters play; Akash regains 7HP [197], plays Mountainous Carapace; Unforgiving Wasteland is discarded.
End of Turn: Rat Beast deals Haka 4 melee damage [30].

In Play: Rat Beast
Trash: Abominable Snowman x2, Rat Beast, Amphibious Chupacabra, Horrid Skunk Ape, Ancient Library, Con's Bunker, New Jersey Devil, Unforgiving Wasteland
Effects: ET: Rat Beast deals the non-environment target with the second-highest HP 4 melee damage.
On my turn, I'll use Mental Divergence to get rid of Allies of the Earth, and can also use Cerebral Hemmorhage to hit Scholar, the Rat Beast, and maybe the Phalanges. There aren't yet any harmless cards in the villain trash to use Suggestion on.
Start: I discard Expect the Worst and Know When to Cut Loose to keep my forms in play.
Play: Transmutive Recovery: I regain net 3 hp [29] and deal net 2 energy damage to Arboreal Phalanges [9]. I draw Don't Dismiss Anything and Know When to Hold Fast
Hand: Expect the Worst, Proverbs and Axioms, Flesh to Iron (x2); Get Out of the Way; Transmutive Recovery; Don't Dismiss Anything; Know When to Hold Fast
In Play: Mortal Form to Energy; Solid to Liquid
Trash: Truth Seeker; Keep Moving (x3); Alchemical Redirection; Flesh to Iron; Transmutive Recovery (x2); Expect the Worst; Know When to Cut Loose
Effects: Healing for The Scholar is increased by 1. Anytime The Scholar heals,he deals 1 target that much energy damage.
Since the last two turns were out of order, just a summary: all heroes have taken their turns, the Carapace is at 2, the Phalanges are at 9, at A'B is at 188.
Trash: Abominable Snowman x2, Rat Beast x2, Amphibious Chupacabra, Horrid Skunk Ape x2, Ancient Library, Con's Bunker, New Jersey Devil, Unforgiving Wasteland

There do seem to be some stylistic differences between me and phantaskippy; he seems to be on the side of the heroes when running games, sometimes offering advice, while having looked to see what was coming, I saw you weren't going to Turmoil this turn and laughed maniacally...
Round Four
Akash'Bhuta - Chaos-Bound Creator
Akash'Bhuta - 189 [I think the Explosive Wagon ruling applies here; the Carapace reduces its damage to Akash before it goes away.]
In Play: Mountainous Carapace - 2
Arboreal Phalanges - 9
Entomb
Trash: Rejuvenating Entropy, Earth's Sacrifice, Disrupt The Field, Allies of the Earth
Start of Turn: Akash deals all non-villains 5 psychic damage [Rat Beast - 2] and destroys Entomb.
Play a Card: PRIMEVAL ERUPTION! Living Rockslide drops into play (Chupacabra discarded), Ensnaring Brambles (Devil discarded), Mountainous Carapace (deck shuffles, Ahash flips, Rat Beast discarded), Arboreal Phalanges.
Arboreal Phalanges enter play.
End of Turn: Akash deals 3 melee damage to all heroes except Visionary, Tachy redirects to Carapace (destroyed, Akash deals herself 9 psyhic damage [180]).
Arboreal Phalanges deals 4 melee damage to Scholar [17].
Rockslide deals non-villains 3 projectile, Rat Beast destroyed, Ensnaring Brambles enter play.
The Scholar cannot deal damage.
Phalanges deal Tachyon and Visionary 4 melee damage [13].
I can take the "can't deal damage" effect, although my Psychic Maelstrom might be useful. Super bad luck on the Eruption hitting 4 out of 4 limbs there.
I think we should let Tachyon deal damage; this seems like time for a Hypersonic Assault...
I'd redirect Akash's instance of damage when she hits H-1 (choosing me instead of Visionary) to the lower Carapace, destroying it and Akash deals herself 10 damage (179). That would mean Scholar and Viz would not deal damage. Also, HP would be Tacky 13, Viz, 13, Scholar 14, Ra 15, Haka 15
Tachyon, you don't want to use your third card play? Also, our moderator seems to be ruling that Mountainous Carapace does reduce the damage from its own destruction.
I don't have anything to blinding speed. I could play the vortex if we want to reduce all the hit points and Haka wants to eat more limbs. Since she can't damage herself this turn i didnt know if we wanted to do that.
If anyone wants me to toss down the Vortex, let me know
ONE OF THESE DAYS, I will do a villain turn without making a mistake. One day...
I don't think our group has EVER played Akash without getting at least one thing wrong in the environment or villain turns. There's just too much stuff going on (and trigger recursion) to get everything right all the time.
We even had an environment turn where she flipped from her back to her front and back again thanks to Prison Riot and some Primeval Eruptions. It was a pretty complicated turn, and I'm not at all sure we did everything right.

Probably not, given that "her cards may only be flipped once this way per turn." It can be hard to keep track of. The first time I played her, I thought that playing villain targets played environment cards (rather than discarding them). It led to all kinds of crazy chains and all of the villain and environment targets were out the first round. It was bad.

Maybe? We figured the back-to-front and front-to-back flips were separate triggers, since they say "this way" on them... as opposed to Omnitron who just says "only flips once per turn." But considering the craziness that went on that turn and their identical wording, it probably should be just once a turn period. I'm not sure it would even be possible for her to flip more than twice in a single turn in order for our reading to be relevant. End of Days shenanigans maybe?
I think Mountainous Carapace is at 9 HP, and Living Rockslide should be in play in the end of turn summary.
I'd also appreciate a list of effects for the environment cards; I can't remember which creature does what... But if it's too much work, that's cool.

Well, not much of a choice then...
If the Carapace was at 9, I killed it with the Lightspeed Barrage. I edited my turn to reflect that
Are we better off getting limbs under Savage Mana? Carapace isn't dealing us any damage.
I drew another Keep Moving from Fleet of Foot.
HP total for Akash-Bhuta are following Tachyon's turn-edit, minus 9 for Haka's turn.

Effects: Healing for The Scholar is increased by 1. Anytime The Scholar heals,he deals 1 target that much energy damage.
Yeah, I thought it was at 11 when I hit it. I can edit the turn to take down the Rockslide or just hit Akash for 8. THoguhts?
While in principle it might have been better to kill the Carapace first, it takes less editing of history to leave it the way it was, with the Barrage on the Rockslide. Assuming we do that, presumably Scholar will want to hit the Carapace rather than Akash'Bhuta herself.
How many hp was the Carapace at at the start of my turn then? Same question for A-B?
I hate going back and editing things...
With the turns as stated, it went
Thus the Carapace still has a DR of 1 and Akash'Bhuta has a DR of 2.
The other reasonable set of turns (without too much editing) would be
With this set of turns, you would presumably hit the Rockslide for 5 damage.
Well, somebody figure out where things stand so that I can figure out what I'm going to be burning.
Drew Flame Spike.
I'm going with Option A, since that's what we have already done and it involves the least editing.
The Scholar's MFtE damage goes to the Carapace [now at 4 hp], leaving A-B at [190].

Scholar is at 29, after healing up quite a bit on his turn.
Also, if somebody could hit me this round, that'd be great. I'd like to keep the Liquid/Energy train running.
I'll take the damage from AB. Also, how did she heal 1 HP during the villain turn?
And, if Tachyon can leave that Carapace[2] alone, I can gobble it up on my turn.
Allies of the Earth. Environment targets heal Akash of HP equal to that of the target.
Yep, but no environment targets were played on the villain turn. Certainly none that have 1 HP.
Could have been a typo.

Wasn't noted as dead. That's weird. I've got two staffs in hand showing here. I'll update.
...I do have two staffs showing. Bottom In Hand section.
Sorry. Guess you're just too laid back for my fiery temper.
Next round, we really shouldn't dismiss anything...

Haka has DR 1, so he's taking 1 less from each of AB's hits. He would be at 18, except that probably changes who gets hit by what.
It would end up either with how it is and Haka at 18, or Haka at 15 and Tachyon at 17 if we keep the people who cant do damage the same
Maybe better to keep me higher so I can take the next hit with DR.
