So... how exactly does Absolute Zero's Coolant Blast work?
I'm playing a team game. Arsonator hits Absolute Zero for 2 points of fire damage, yet on AZ's turn, the card says he hasn't sustained any fire damage since the end of his last turn.
Huh? He just took two points of fire damage.
Does Coolant Blast only work when Isothermal Transducer is up?
If this is the first round then this ruling from fireside chats is what applies
Crush your enemies, drive them before you, and laminate their women! - Guise, Prime Wardens #31
Interesting. So now I wonder -- if AZ were to skip his turn for, say, Meteor Storm, would that mean that the skipped turn never happened, so he would essentially accumulate two rounds worth of damage?
I see no reason why not; A skipped turn effectively never happened, after all.

No, he still had a turn, he just didn't do anything on it besides the effect which destroys the card.
It's the same as when you use one of Setting Sun Ra's incapacitated powers that removes him from the game. You no longer have any effects to perform during his turn, but he still has one, as indicated by the digital game focusing in on his empty frame for a moment.
