If you think someone deserves it, nominate them. Dupes don't hurt anything and just help to reinforce how much folks are appreciated.
That's a great idea about multiple in one post, though - I'll go update the anonymous posts to combine them and make a note on the original posts.

I don't think the nominators even need to put their names (as it's right there on the forums) - I just put "Anonymous" on those so folks didn't think I was nominating them. I'll make it a heading, instead.
Or were you thinking we should have names of the nominees before the awards? 'Cuz honestly, I don't think that matters much - as long as folks put the information in, we'll parse it out.
