EDIT: Don't worry this story has a happy ending.
My old box for carrying my game was getting banged up. The modification I made to store the oversized villain cards was failing, and Spiff's beautiful customized boxes (http://www.spiffworld.com/sotm/printable.cfm) were starting to get old (banged up, not boring). This was due to the quality paper, cutting, and gluing I did. Luckily for me, I got the new RCIR box, which fit a good portion of my cards, un-Spiffed-boxed.
Sadly, while transferring I saw that my oversized cards were put in the old box poorly (my fault and some got bent! OH NO! Panicking I gently tried to unbend them a bit, but alas, it was to no avail. Now if I only had a big heavy box of stuff I can put my cards under that can flatten them out... and once again >G came to the rescue. With 1000 cards, sleeved, adding in token, I put the oversized cards underneath them and let them set for a few days. Half a week later, and the bend is only slightly noticeable, unlike the freakish accident it was before.
The moral of the story? Chrono-Ranger is awesome: Flavour-wise, and play-wise.
I THOUGHT I was the the last Scion but it's actually .....
That's pretty much what I took from that.

Ultra-Pro has rigid protectors for over-sized cards. Use them myself.
You haven't?
Thanks! I'll look them up!
