I know phantaskippy had a series in the works (which seems to be stalled about halfway through), and Eric graciously posted the list of notionally optimal play styles. But this forum has a lot of other stuff in it now, too.

If someone wants to make and maintain one, I will sticky it. Better if a non-Mod does it anyways. Since we can always add to the post no matter who it is, it will get one additional person that can help maintain it.
