2 player game

I'm sure this has been asked before, and a lot, but I'm wondering what is the best way to play as a 2 player co-op? I'm new to the game and playing as 2 hero's each is a little much right now. I'm thinking reducing the villains hp in half might help. Is there a set way and/or rules for a 2 player game?

Thanks

The best option is to use the unselected heroes as a "sidekick deck", where you have access to a different incapacitated power each turn. See here:

Otherwise, playing a 3 hero game while running 2 of the complexity 1 heroes (Legacy + Wraith together aren't nearly as complicated as Absolute Zero is alone) can be a viable alternative, even for new players.

Alternately, just set H to two, but with H-2=1 so that nothing breaks.

I play 2 players with 1 person overseeing the Villain and Environment decks and playing 1 hero and the 2nd person playing 2 heros.  For just starting out, I suggest using complexity 1 heros like Legacy, Tempest, Wraith or RA.
