BoardGameGeek has been doing a series of Let's Play videos where their regular game group play a different game each time, this episode it's Sentinels of the Multiverse.
The video's an hour long and I haven't seen it myself yet but you can catch it here.
More reports after I've seen it

I have now watched it
So they're all pretty new to the game and they're playing a 5 player game of Legacy, The Wraith, Ra, Tempest and Visionary vs Baron Blade in Atlantis.
They have a rules guru watching from afar, correcting their mistakes/answer their questions.
The last 10 minutes or so is them describing their thoughts on the game, if you don't want to watch the gameplay.
Here's a general stream of consciousness as I watch
Wow, they are bad at explaining things. For a group of people who regularly play games together and play new games together, they are making Sentinels sound way drier and more complex then they need to. (pregame description)
Reading the flavour text makes it look like you're getting into the game more.
Twist the Ether was completely forgotten about after the first turn!
Crapload of damage, technical term!
10 heroes in the original set, not 6 (same heroes as in the Enhanced Edition).
Nikki has played before? Definitely didn't seem that way during the game.
Blink and he's dead? They tricked me into thinking they had Wrathful Gaze!
Rules done wrong
It's no power AND no play to draw an additional card (though you never need to use this rule)
No nemesis bonus for Legacy (+1 damage to and by his nemesis, Baron Blade)
Kraken deals damage to the lowest HP, not the lowest hero (Mobile Defence Platform would have taken damage) (Corrected)
Tempest's power hits ALL non-hero targets, not just 1 target
The Wraith was adding her Micro Targetting Computers when she was dealing Fire damage (via Ra's ongoing)
What did I think of the video?
Interesting look at Sentinels, the game was about the right difficulty to show some fun hero interactions without going into some of the more complex ones, if they had played on advance I think the video would have been too long and get boring watching after a while.
Would I watch this series again? No, not unless it was a video dealing with both a game I wanted to see being played and a game the group knew well, it was entertaining to see a game I knew well being played but it was only entertaining because it was a game I knew well.
