So, someone already lost one of my presence tokens. 
I was able to find a close match at Gamecrafters -- they're a little thicker and slightly higher diameter, but they work well enough and are fairly inexpensive. Plus it let me pick up other colors I didn't have!

Somebody had a Reddit post where they were mentioning someplace that let them get a full set of 12 colors. I'll see if I can dig it up tomorrow.

My dog managed to attack several pieces just after getting this game. If I'm reading the replacement page correctly it's $0.95/piece? Was hoping I'm mistaken as 12 pieces would cost $11.40 to replace :-\
