Only things I'm missing are the "proven track record" and the Bachelor's degree. Though I did take Business & Marketing classes every semester in High School, and there's still time to cram online courses...Yeah, I probably don't qualify.

I would need to wait until I graduate in two years, and by that time I'm sure that position would be filled. And I'm not sure if Industrial engineering would have been good enough or not

I've been in retail for over 20 years. That's the same thing right? Right? RIGHT!?!
I threw my hat in the ring for the position. I'm doing all this stuff for my own company now; why not step it up a notch?
